A Rustic and Romantic Wedding Venue – Chateau Montebello
Chateau Montebello is a beautiful venue with lots of features and services that make it stand out as a great choice for hosting your wedding.
It was built in 1929 during the time of the stock market crash, yet still features an atmosphere of luxury and charm. It opened as a resort in 1930, and has since hosted a number of important people, from politicians to artists. These people travel from around the world to enjoy the Montebello experience.
The structure is a rustic log building, which makes for a fantastic backdrop for wedding photos, as well as enhancing the European charm of the site.

Diane Matichak is Chateau Montebello’s wedding coordinator. She and the staff are eager to provide top quality service and make your stay a memorable one.
The table set-ups for our photo session were arranged by Tracey Barrigan from Coordination Wedrose. She was also an invaluable resource, as she worked to keep everything organised and running smoothly.

Our model, Leyoma, did a fabulous job showing off the Santa Rosa Watters gown provided by White Satin bridal boutique in Bells Corner. It is such an amazing gown and it looks stunning on her!

Josee Mcormond from A Sweet Spot, and Andrea Campbell from Curly Vine, made Leyoma’s look polished and perfect. They made sure to give her a dynamic look that could transition from day to evening.

The elegant floral arrangements where designed and provided by Rouida from Colourful Scents. They really added to the overall decor and luxurious feeling of the day.

The wedding favours, cup cakes and indulging cookies were made by Chrystal from Chrystal’s Baked Goods. We asked for something different, and she really came through for us! She made a cookie cake which is sure to stand out in the mind of your guests.

Invitations are the first impression of the style and tone of your wedding, and thus are an important detail to remember. Gina from Marin Press created custom invitations, table numbers and menus for each place setting. She did a great job incorporating the warm colours and the winter theme.

Chateau Montebello is a unique and charming venue filled with the resources to incorporate your dreams into your wedding day.
